Here I am conducting an ensemble of nine musicians - even a small ensemble like this can sound fantastically rich and full, and add tremendous production value and emotional power to your film. We were recording in a village hall to save costs.
"Elizabeth-Jane's music weaves a haunting and magical spell, complementing and lifting the action to epic proportions, even on a small budget. "
- Paul Roberts, BAFTA winning dubbing editor.

Price Guide
A specially composed score will play a major role in the impact of your film.
I love real instrumentalists, because live human musicians bring a quality to a score that no computer generated score ever can. I'll support you every step of the way and all I need is a quicktime file of your film.
An informal chat is the first step, but as a guide, it takes one or two days to compose each minute of music, depending on the number of musicians. Composing rates are:
small group (up to three musicians) £100 per minute
ensemble (up to four to eight musicians) £200 per minute
chamber orchestra (eight to twenty musicians) £300 per minute
The cost of the musicians for commissioned TV programmes is determined by union rates. (allow £165 each for an independent TV production with up to 20 minutes of music) Some of my friendly and talented musicians will work for smaller fees for speculative films.
